Under the strong promotion of the provincial party committee and provincial government, we actively won the support of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and telecom operation enterprise groups, and the final plan successfully passed the review and approval of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

As an important national communication hub, backbone direct connection points are mainly used to converge and dredge regional and even national inter-network traffic, and are the key facilities of the interconnection architecture of Internet networks in China. After the completion of the backbone direct connection point, it will reduce the cross-regional traffic diversion in Qinghai Province, and effectively improve the Internet traffic dredging ability and Internet user perception. At the same time, it will help to give full play to the role of Lianjiang in Qinghai Province and improve the quality of regional Internet networks, which is very important to attract eastern data resources to gather in Qinghai, and will effectively help the construction of the "four places" of the industry.
