The shipowner is China Shipping Carnival Cruise Co., Ltd., designed by China Shipping Finkantini Cruise Industry Development Co., Ltd., classified into Lloyd's Classification Society and China Classification Society.

At present, the first domestic large cruise ship under Ida Cruise has fully entered the final stage of commissioning of the equipment installation system, and is scheduled to be completed and delivered within 2023; and the second domestic large cruise ship has also entered the stage of real ship construction.
