First of all, China is developing a manned moon landing rocket, the three-stage engine successfully carried out the ignition test! The ground environment torch ignition tests of the new generation manned rocket three-stage engine were carried out in the upper test area, including three oxygen path filling tests and three ground environment torch ignition tests.

CTOnews.com learned that the engine is the first upper-stage hydrogen-oxygen engine in China to use low-pressure torch ignition. This test examines the key technologies such as the status of the engine and its components, the working reliability of the torch ignition system, and the verification of the principle of the real-time fault diagnosis system.

In addition, the high-thrust test area of the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation has also completed the calibration test of the long five-core first-stage engine, and the engine function and performance meet the overall technical requirements of the rocket and will be delivered to the rocket assembly.

The third important model test task is the successful completion of the high-altitude simulation test of an attitude control engine in the attitude and orbit control test area, which lays a solid foundation for the development of a satellite engine in our country.

According to reports, the basic stage module of China's new generation of manned carrier rockets is 5 meters in diameter and installs a number of 120-ton engines. It is expected that the first flight will be completed before 2027, the carrying capacity of low-earth orbit will reach 70 tons, and the carrying capacity of earth-moon transfer orbit will reach 25 tons. Three astronauts can be sent into orbit around the moon and return to Earth.
