This very complex document is for developers who want to enable or modify specific instructions for the RDNA3 architecture, providing knowledge of the RDNA3 shader code execution model, memory hierarchy, and listing all available instructions.

CTOnews.com learned that AMD currently has only one RDNA3 GPU, Navi 31, for the Radeon RX 7900 series of desktop graphics cards. AMD will also launch Navi 33 GPU for mobile devices next month.

Navi31: a GCD + four MCD core design, 12288 stream processor, 96MB unlimited cache, possibly 192MB 3D cache version, 384bit memory bit width.

Navi32: one GCD + four MCD core design, 7680 stream processor, 64MB unlimited cache, 256bit video memory bit width.

Navi33: single chip design, 4096 stream processor, 32MB unlimited buffer, 128bit video memory bit width.
