Godson Zhongke also announced the details of Godson 2K2000. The chip integrates two LA364 processor cores, 2MB shares secondary cache, typical operating frequency 1.5GHz, and integrates the LG120 GPU core independently developed by Godson.

Dragon architecture platform: Godson 2K2000 integrates two LA364 processor cores, 2MB shares secondary cache, and typical working frequency 1.5GHz. At 1.5GHz, the SPEC2006INT (base) single approved / floating point score reached 13.5 + 14.9.

Integrated self-developed GPU core: Godson 2K2000 integrates the LG120 GPU core independently developed by Godson, which further optimizes the graphics algorithm and performance.

I / O interface: Godson 2K2000 integrates 64-bit DDR4-2400 (supporting ECC), PCIE3.0, SATA3.0, USB3.0/2.0, HDMI and DVO display interface (HDMI+DVO), GNET and GMAC network interface, audio interface, SDIO and eMMC interface.

Feature modules and interfaces: Godson 2K2000 integrates security and trusted modules, Rapid IO, TSN, CAN and other characteristic industrial interfaces.

Packaging and power consumption: the plastic version of Godson 2K2000 uses FC-BGA883 packaging, the chip size is 27 × 27 mm, and supports high-grade packaging. The preliminary test results show that the power consumption of Godson 2K2000 is about 9W in high performance mode and 4W in balanced performance mode.

In addition, the launch of Godson 2K2000 indicates that CPU based on Godson autonomous instruction system LoongArch (Dragon Architecture for short) has formed a complete series of performance from low to high, which is composed of Godson 1C102, 1C103 1C102, 2K0500, 2K1000LA, 2K1500, 2K2000, 3A5000, 3C5000, 3D5000, etc.
