CTOnews.com January 11 news, information shows that Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. recently applied for registration of the trademark "MATE 60 RS", "HUAWEI MATE 60 GTS", "HUAWEI MATE 70 GTS", "HUAWEI MATE 80 GTS", "HUAWEI MATE GTS", "HUAWEI MATE RS", "HUAWEI MATE 100 RS" and "HUAWEI MATE 100 GTS", all of which are classified as scientific instruments.

It is reported that Huawei has worked with Porsche to design and launch a number of RS versions of mobile phones, and the RS version is generally the most high-end phone version. RS generally appears on sports cars and stands for sports cars, while GTS means sports cars with high performance and high horsepower.

CTOnews.com learned that the latest Huawei Mate50 also has a Porsche design version of RS, which is very different from the ordinary version. The core configuration is basically the same as the Mate50 Pro. The biggest improvement is the telephoto lens, and the Mate50 RS can be used both for telephoto and macro.

Huawei mobile phones are very likely to return to a double flagship strategy this year. Hongmeng 3.1 system is expected to launch on Huawei P60 series, while Hongmeng 4.0 system in the second half of the year will be the first to be installed in Mate 60 series.

However, judging from these trademarks registered by Huawei, it is likely to register protective and defensive trademarks.
