IT House, January 11, according to official news, on January 10, 2023, time Intelligence, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ningde Times, held a signing ceremony with Naga Automobile in Shanghai. The two sides will cooperate on the CIIC (CATL Integrated Intelligent Chassis) integrated intelligent chassis project. The first model with CIIC will be launched at the end of 2024 at the earliest.

According to the agreement, time Intelligence and Naga Automobile will carry out in-depth cooperation with CIIC to help the latter build cars more quickly and economically, and jointly explore more business model innovation.

IT House learned that the CIIC is a highly integrated electric chassis with battery / electric drive as the core and through CTC (Cell to Chassis) technology. This deepening cooperation will speed up the landing application of CTC technology and products in Ningde era and promote all-round electrification development.

CIIC integrates battery, electric transmission system, suspension, brake and other components on the chassis in advance to form an independent functional area. Through the reserved electrical and body interface, the upper and lower car body can be separated and decoupled, so that the upper car body can be replaced according to the actual needs.

In October last year, Ningde Times signed a memorandum of understanding on global strategic cooperation with Vietnamese electric car manufacturer VinFast, and the two sides will cooperate on projects such as CIIC (Ningde era Integrated Smart chassis) skateboard chassis.
