CTOnews.com, January 11 / PRNewswire-FirstCall-Asianet /-- Apple today released its second Rapid Security response (RSR) update for macOS Ventura 13.2Beta, nearly a month after Apple released its first rapid security response test on Mac.

MacOS Rapid Security Response 13.2 (b) is automatically applied to Mac on restart and added to Safari when the Safari application exits and reopens.

CTOnews.com learned that the first RSR version of Mac didn't seem to add a new feature, and Apple made sure it was effective by deploying it for actual security updates. Today's update is only the size of 13.4MB and is expected to be a small test. Rapid security response is part of the iOS 16 and macOS Ventura feature updates.

Apple has also released several iOS 16 quick security response updates with testing capabilities.
