CTOnews.com January 10 news, MediaTek December last year revenue continued to rebound, reaching 38.685 billion New Taiwan dollars; fourth quarter revenue performance in line with expectations, the annual total revenue exceeded 500 billion New Taiwan dollars for the first time, reaching 548.796 billion New Taiwan dollars, an annual increase of 11.22%.

CTOnews.com learned that MediaTek's revenue in December last year was 38.685 billion yuan, up 7.09% monthly, and its performance climbed for the second consecutive month, down about 16.27% annually; revenue in the fourth quarter was 108.194 billion yuan, successfully achieving the original target of 108 billion yuan to 119.4 billion yuan, down 23.89% quarterly.

MediaTek's total revenue last year was 548.796 billion yuan, up 11.22% year-on-year, lower than the previously expected 17% to 19% increase, but still a record high.

The legal person expects that the mobile phone market demand will continue to be weak this year, and the growth of 5G application processors should be limited. In addition, Qualcomm will enter the low-end market, and the operating pressure of MediaTek may increase.
