At the same time, in view of the outstanding cases of lawbreakers maliciously stealing citizens' personal information for crimes, we have always maintained a high-pressure and hard-hitting situation, focusing on maliciously stealing the personal information of primary and secondary school students, the elderly and other groups, illegally hacking into computer systems to obtain personal information, illegally stealing express information, and illegally reselling citizens' personal information on the Internet. A total of more than 16000 cases of infringing upon citizens' personal information have been investigated, effectively safeguarding the security of citizens' personal information.

In view of intelligent and hidden network attacks, we persisted in making upper-hand moves and active battles, focusing on cracking down on botnets and DDOS attacks, extortion viruses, hacker attacks and technical help criminal activities aimed at people's livelihood, concentrated research, judgment and cluster operations, and investigated a total of more than 1300 cases, effectively maintaining the security of cyberspace.

In view of the illegal production and sale of special equipment for wiretapping, secretly photographing people's privacy and spreading and selling on the Internet, and other illegal and criminal activities that seriously infringe upon the privacy of the people, we organized to crack down on eavesdropping photos and peeping cluster campaigns. a total of more than 340 cases were investigated, more than 90 production sites of special equipment for illegal wiretapping and photos were destroyed, and 141000 pieces of special equipment for eavesdropping and photos were seized, effectively cracking down on this kind of criminal activities.

In view of the underground industries that provide illegal payment and settlement, technical support, promotion and drainage, and material support for crimes such as telecommunications network fraud and network gambling, special crackdowns have been carried out continuously, 31000 related cases have been solved, and more than 8700 criminal gangs of various types have been eliminated, effectively preventing the spread of crimes in the network underground industry.

In addition, in view of the network black number, which provides key materials for all kinds of network crimes, we have carried out in-depth "broken number" concentrated crackdown and crackdown on card merchants, number merchants, code receiving platforms and other criminal gangs that maliciously register and sell network black numbers, cracked 11000 related cases, destroyed more than 800 "cat pool" den sites, seized 11000 sets of underground industrial equipment such as "cat pool" and GOIP, and shut down more than 130 code receiving platforms. 2.4 million mobile phone black cards were seized and more than 4200 network black accounts were seized.
