I. oracle server character set

II. Oracle client segment character set

2.1 in the window environment, modify the environment variable NLS_LANG in the ORACLE_HOME directory of the registry.

2.2 in unix/linux environment, it is the environment variable $NLS_LANG

[oracle@wang ~] $echo $NLS_LANG

AMERICAN_AMERICA.ZHS16GBK

The codes on the server side and the client side should be the same, otherwise garbled codes will occur when retrieving or importing and exporting data.
