CTOnews.com, January 9, today, at the Aliyun Summit in Singapore, Aliyun announced to further increase overseas investment, set up an international capability center in Singapore, and comprehensively upgrade the overseas service system, so as to enhance its technical support and service capabilities to overseas markets and customers.

According to the official introduction, the International competence Center includes four areas: product, ecology, operation and brand. In the past, Aliyun mainly provided general-purpose products for the international market; after the completion of the international technology center and operation center, it will set up a local product innovation team to meet the needs of the international market, design products, services and solutions that are more in line with local characteristics, and respond to customer needs in a timely manner.

In recent years, Aliyun has achieved rapid growth in overseas markets, with revenue growing more than 10 times in three years. The purpose of setting up an international capacity center and strengthening team building in Singapore is to better understand the market, get close to the needs of customers and partners, and bring the best service and technical support to customers.

At the same time, Aliyun announced to upgrade its overseas service system. By last year, Aliyun had set up six service centers overseas, located in Portugal, Mexico, Malaysia and other places, all of which had been completed and put into use.

With the cooperation of overseas service centers and local service teams, Aliyun forms a global-regional-localization three-level service system:

Set up global service centers in Portugal, Mexico and Malaysia, covering global time zones and providing 7X24 hourly technical support

Set up regional service centers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and other places, covering project delivery and technical services in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Set up local service teams in 16 countries and regions, including Singapore, Indonesia and France, to provide personal services to customers on the front line.

CTOnews.com has learned that Aliyun currently operates 86 availability zones in 28 regions around the world, making it the largest cloud computing platform in the Asia-Pacific market.
