❶ enter in F2 cell:

= SUMIF ($Bath2VR BS15, E2 recorder, BS15, etc)

Parameter 1: condition area: $B$2:$BS15, that is, department column, press [F4] key for absolute reference

Parameter 2: condition, that is, the handsome guy department.

Parameter 3: the summation region, that is, the bonus column, is also absolutely referenced.

Enter ❷, double-click the lower right corner of the cell and fill it in batches.

❶ mouse over column B and right-click to insert a secondary column.

= RAND ()
