Well-known developers Changda Ito and Akira Yamashiro will also be involved in the development of the game, responsible for art supervision and monster design and composition, the game uses a new musical style and sound design, and the reproduction will adopt a new over-the-shoulder perspective. According to the development studio, the two of them were "very active" in the project.

G omb also explained that Bloober Team initially hesitated to take over the "pressure that comes with responsibility", but eventually made up its mind because "I can't imagine who else could make the replica."

CTOnews.com learned that Silent Hill 2 was released on PlayStation 2 in 2001 and later logged on to Xbox and Windows PC. Developer Bloober Team is famous for its psychological horror games, including "layers of fear" and "psychic".

At present, the remade version of "Silent Hill 2" has been put on the Steam store page (locked country area). The first screenshots are released along with the configuration requirements of the game. The recommended configuration is i7-8700K+RTX 2080, and the minimum configuration is i5-8400+GTX 1080.
