At the same time, the layout of second-to fourth-tier cities where charging resources are relatively scarce will be further strengthened. Xiaopeng self-charging stations have a total of 1000 charging stations, which are applicable to a total of 1900 car owners' free rights charging stations, covering all prefecture-level administrative regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.

According to Xiaopeng Automobile, after the addition of 109 third-party free charging stations nationwide, the number of free charging stations available to car owners has exceeded 1900, greatly improving the scope of application and charging experience of car owners' free rights and interests.

In the expansion of Xiaopeng energy supplement network layout, the "3 km energy supplement life circle" covers more than 83% of car owners in 10 core cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, allowing car owners to effectively reduce the time from departure to charging to less than 10 minutes. In more than 300 cities, including Guiyang, Kunming, Huangshi and Guilin, the coverage rate of the "3-kilometer supplementary life circle" can reach 71%.

In addition, Xiaopeng Motor also announced that it will start offline care services one after another at popular overcharging stations in 20 high-flow cities across the country during the Spring Festival travel season from January 10 to January 28. During this offline care service, Xiaopeng will send staff to overcharge stations to provide free vehicle testing and catering services, and car owners can receive many benefits such as epidemic prevention packages, Pengyou exclusive New year gifts, charging discounts, and so on. At the same time, there are pilot Xiaopeng energy storage vehicles to provide users with emergency energy needs.
