CTOnews.com news on January 7, OPPO launched a new OPPO A78 5G in Malaysia, which locates the middle end.

The front of the OPPO A78 5G features a 6.56-inch IPS LCD drip screen with a screen resolution of HD+, that supports 90Hz refresh rates, and an 8-megapixel front camera.

The OPPO A78 5G rear camera features a dual-ring design with a 5000-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

The OPPO A78 5G is equipped with MediaTek Tianji 700 chipset, built-in 8GB memory and 128GB storage, and supports extended storage through microSD cards. The OPPO A78 5G has a built-in 5000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. ColorOS 13 is pre-installed, based on Android 13 system.

CTOnews.com has learned that the OPPO A78 5G is available in two colors-purple and black. The price of the new phone has not been announced and will go on sale in India and Malaysia on January 14.
