According to public information, Magic OS, formerly known as MartinCZ (Martin Dragon Pig), launched at the ITFunz Motorola Mobile Forum, is a branch version of Android based on the secondary development of AOSP, and is a completely open source third-party operating system.

CTOnews.com learned that all the functions of magic fun fully follow Material Design, is a quasi-native Android operating system. It is worth mentioning that Magic ROM was based on CyanogenMod (CM) in its early days and has been based entirely on AOSP since CyanogenMod stopped development in 2016.

As the nightly version is updated every day, incremental updates are supported, and practical features for the convenience of Chinese people are added from time to time, magic ROM has attracted the attention of many users at the beginning. In 2020, the magic fun open source project has supported more than 250 models, covering Android 4.4.2-10 devices.
