It is proposed in the opinion draft that it is necessary to promote the replacement of clean energy in multiple fields and fully tap the potential of new energy consumption on the user side; promote the development and progress of advanced electrification technology and equipment in various fields and penetrate into various industries at a high proportion; vigorously promote new energy and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles to replace traditional energy vehicles in an all-round way in the transportation field; and actively promote the integrated clean replacement of building photovoltaic in the construction field.

CTOnews.com learned that the centralized signing ceremony of the new energy intelligent operation and maintenance service cooperation project of the central enterprise was held in Beijing. Weng Jieming, member and deputy director of the SASAC Party Committee, said that relevant central enterprises should focus on the layout of new energy high-end equipment industry, vigorously develop high-power offshore wind power, high-efficiency photovoltaic power generation and other clean energy equipment and new energy vehicles and other application terminal systems, and promote the new energy industry to become a new engine for China's economic growth.

In addition, the draft also stressed the need to speed up the application of electric furnace steel, electric boiler, electric furnace, electric heating and other technologies in the industrial field, and expand the proportion of electrified terminal energy-consuming equipment.

The opinion draft pointed out that it is necessary to actively cultivate new business modes close to end users such as integration of power source network load storage, load aggregation service, comprehensive energy service and virtual power plant, integrate decentralized demand response resources, create a demand response system platform with real-time observable, measurable and controllable capabilities and control terminals to participate in power grid dispatching operation, so as to improve the flexible adjustment capability of users.
