CTOnews.com, January 6 (Reuters)-an Conghui, CEO of Geely electric car brand ZEEKR, aims to double sales to about 140000 vehicles by 2023, and plans to expand sales in Europe, Reuters reported.

Polar Krypton delivered 71941 cars in 2022, with an average order amount of more than 336000 yuan. The extreme Krypton 001 model, which costs about 300000 yuan, competes with Tesla Model Y and other luxury models in the increasingly competitive Chinese market. Tesla has cut prices and cut production in China in the face of fierce competition from Chinese brands such as polar krypton. Tesla's sales fell to their lowest level in five months in December.

ZEEKR 009, the second model of polar krypton, will go into production this month. Polar Krypton plans to raise more than $1 billion (6.88 billion yuan) through IPO and seek a valuation of more than $10 billion (68.8 billion yuan).
