CTOnews.com January 4 news, Nvidia's newly released RTX 4060 and RTX 4070 notebook GPU running scores are now available on Geekbench.

As shown in the figure above, this series of notebooks are equipped with i9-13900HX flagship processors with GPU of RTX 4070 8GB and RTX 4060 8GB, the former GPU frequency 2175MHz and the latter 2370MHz.

In terms of running scores, the OpenCL score of RTX 4070 was 114074 and the score of RTX 4060 was 101850, with a gap of 12%. In addition, the OpenCL scores of RTX 4070 / 4060 and the old blood-filled version of RTX 3070 / 3060 did not increase significantly.

In terms of parameters, the RTX 4070 laptop GPU has 4608 CUDA cores, a frequency of up to 2175 MHz, and a 128bit wide 8GB GDDR6 display memory. RTX 4060 GPU has a 3072 CUDA core, a GPU frequency of up to 2370MHz, and a 8GB 128bit GDDR6 video memory.

For comparison, the old RTX 3070 GPU has a 5120 CUDA core with 8GB 256bit memory, while the old RTX 3060 GPU has a 3840 CUDA core with 6GB 192bit memory. In terms of core scale and video memory specifications alone, the new generation of RTX 4060 and RTX 4070 has shrunk somewhat.
