It is reported that the new Ice Blade 16 uses a dual display setting, including a 16-inch Mini LED panel and a 4K touch screen, which automatically rises to align with the home screen when the laptop is turned on.

In terms of parameters, the new Ice Blade 16 has a home screen resolution of 2560 x 1600, 240 Hz refresh rate, 3 ms response time and 100% DCI-P3 gamut, as well as Dolby Vision and PANTONE certification, as well as VESADisplayHDR 1000 and T Ü V low blue light certification.

In terms of configuration, the new Ice Blade 16 can choose R9 7945HX with 16 cores / 32 threads, up to 64 GB of DDR5-4800 memory, PCIe 4.0 NVMe interface supports up to 4 TB of storage space, GPU can choose the latest RTX 4090, and the maximum TGP is 165W.

In other aspects, the notebook comes with 2 USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports, 2 USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, HDMI 2.1 video output interface, 2.5 GbE Jack, audio Jack, microSD UHS II card reader. The thickness of the fuselage is 2.05 to 2.97 cm and the weight is 2.6 kg.

ROG has not yet announced the price and release time of the new generation of Ice Blade 16.
