CTOnews.com, January 4 (Xinhua)-- Microsoft has planned to release another exciting feature in February after promising to introduce an "enhanced visual layout" for Teams next month. Microsoft is now considering bringing one of the widely required call settings to Teams users on Windows and Mac.

Microsoft is studying the end-user settings for "Busy-on-busy". When the user is busy on an existing phone or conference, the new call settings manage how incoming calls are routed. When the user is busy talking to others, you can choose from several "busy" options: you can connect the phone, or play a busy tone signal, or reboot the phone.

For Microsoft Teams users, the "busy tone option" is not entirely new. CTOnews.com learned that administrators have been able to configure "busy" through the policies of Microsoft's Teams Management Center. But what will change next month is that in addition to administrators, end users can also manage their incoming call status when they are busy on existing calls directly from the call settings of the Teams app.

However, the "Busy-on-busy" call setting is likely to be disabled by default. So far, in the call settings of the Teams application, users can add or remove conference delegates, change the default microphone, speaker or camera, test calls, set call answering rules, and so on. In addition to these settings, "Busy-on-busy" will also be available to end users from next month.
