CTOnews.com January 3 news, Ideal Automobile today on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange announced that on January 1,2023, the company under its 2020 plan to a senior management member and 678 employees granted 10.8316 million restricted share units, accounting for about 0.52% of the total issued shares of the company.

According to the announcement, according to the terms granted by senior management, the restricted share units granted by senior management will vest equally on July 1,2023, July 1,2024, July 1,2025, July 1,2026 and July 1,2027, respectively. Having regard to the past contributions made by members of senior management to the Company and the significant contributions expected to be made by them to the Company in the first half of 2023, and in order to align the vesting arrangements with the vesting period arrangements for RSUs granted to other members of senior management for management purposes, the Remuneration Committee of the Board considers that a vesting period of less than 12 months is appropriate.

Based on the share price of A shares on the trading day immediately before the grant date, the ideal car is 76.80 Hong Kong dollars per share, currently about 68 yuan, and the total number of shares granted reaches about 736 million yuan.

In December 2022, a total of 21,233 new vehicles were delivered, setting another record for the highest monthly delivery, up 50.7% year-on-year. 46,319 vehicles were delivered in the fourth quarter, up 31.5% from the fourth quarter of 2021. From January to December 2022, a total of 133,246 ideal vehicles were delivered, an increase of 47.2% compared with 2021. As of December 31, 2022, the cumulative delivery of ideal vehicles is 257,334.
