CTOnews.com learned that absolute zero is the lowest temperature in thermodynamics, that is, 0 Kelvin (0K), about minus 273.15 degrees Celsius, which is the temperature of matter when the kinetic energy of particles is as low as the lowest point of quantum mechanics. China Electric said that in the future, 16 institutes will continue to develop pedigree products of diluted refrigerators, continuously enhance the competitiveness of key core technologies of extremely low temperature refrigeration equipment, and provide strong support for the development of superconducting quantum computing in China.
