At present, 138 toll stations and 411 artificial lanes in the city will fully support the payment and settlement of digital RMB tolls from 0: 00 on January 1.

Citizens can download the people's Bank of China's digital RMB App, which can be tied to the bank card of the Agricultural Bank of China for online exchange. The digital RMB adopts a number of security certificates, and the transaction cannot be tampered with, which can ensure the security of citizens when using it.

In the mixed (artificial) lane of Tianjin highway toll station, citizens can open the "digital RMB" App home page, slide up and display the "pay to merchants" function, show the QR code payment code, and the toll collector can easily complete the digital RMB payment by scanning the QR code.

After citizens use digital RMB to pay tolls on Tianjin expressway, they can issue invoices by electronic ticket, collect QR code tickets on the spot, scan QR codes using mobile phones, and register and log in according to the corresponding prompts through the "ticket stub" Mini Program. Toll tickets can be issued.

CTOnews.com learned that digital RMB (pilot version) App is the official service platform for individual users of digital RMB, China's legal currency, providing the opening and management of digital RMB personal wallets, as well as the exchange and circulation of digital RMB. Digital RMB carries out R & D pilot projects in pilot areas and pilot scenarios, and pilot customers can register for Digital RMB App.

The scope of the digital RMB App pilot project has been expanded again. On the one hand, it has been expanded from Shenzhen, Suzhou, Xiongan New area and Chengdu to Guangdong, Jiangsu, Hebei and Sichuan provinces; on the other hand, Jinan in Shandong, Nanning and Fangchenggang in Guangxi, Kunming and Xishuangbanna in Yunnan have been added as pilot areas. So far, a total of 17 provincial administrative regions or some cities across the country have carried out digital RMB pilot projects.
