Ruipai Power Technology Co., Ltd. is jointly funded by GAC GROUP, GAC Ean and GAC MOTOR, and is controlled by GAC EAN, with a total investment of 2.16 billion yuan and covers an area of 104000 square meters. It will focus on independent research and development and industrialization of IDU electric drive system and electronic control, so as to realize the integration of independent electric drive and electronic control research and development, intelligent manufacturing, sales and service.

CTOnews.com learned that the plant is expected to complete plant delivery by the end of 2023, with an annual production capacity of 400000 IDU electric drive system assemblies and 100000 motors and electronic control systems for GMC hybrid electromechanical coupling systems by 2025.

In 2018, GAC EA launched integrated three-in-one electric drive, realizing "electric drive, electronic control, differential subtraction", reducing weight by 20%, volume by 15%, power by 14% and torque by 20%. In 2020, EAN released high-performance two-gear dual-motor "four-in-one" integrated electric drive technology, with two-second zero-hundred acceleration capability.

In September last year, GAC Ean released the Super car Hyper SSR, which has the ability to accelerate in 1.9s and 100 seconds, and adopts two-gear four-in-one high-performance electric drive, which integrates the total success rate density of 3.87kW / Kg electric drive, 22000rpm peak speed, 900V + silicon carbide chip high voltage system, and supports 12000N ·m wheel peak torque and 1225 PS maximum output power.
