In 2022, Weilai built 538 new exchange power stations around the world, including 346 expressway exchange power stations, completed the layout of the high-speed power exchange network of "five vertical, three horizontal and eight major urban agglomerations" in China, and built a total of 13384 charging piles.

CTOnews.com learned that the new three-station collaborative power exchange mode was adopted in the third generation power station, which reduced the switching time by 20%. The number of battery warehouses increased to 21, and the daily service capacity of the single station reached 408 times, which was 30% higher than that of the second generation power station. According to reports, the third generation power station in Weilai adopts the HPC two-way high-power liquid-cooled power module, which is the first in the world and developed by Wei, with the highest efficiency of 98% and charge-discharge power 62.5kW.

In addition, the maximum power of the ultra-fast charging pile of 500kW is 500kW, and the maximum current is 660A, which can shorten the charging time. In terms of charging speed, officials say it takes only 20 minutes for a 400V model to charge from 10% to 80% and 12 minutes for an 800V model.
