When carrying a free ride child, a passenger shall submit a declaration to the railway transport enterprise when purchasing a ticket, and the valid identity certificate of the free ride child used at the time of the ticket purchase declaration shall be his or her travel certificate.

The second is to optimize the rules of students' preferential ticket purchase. There is no longer a travel time limit for student discount tickets. Student travelers can purchase four one-way student discount tickets from their family residence to the location of the university (internship) at any time in each academic year (October 1 to September 30) with a student ID card marked with a discount zone and a train ticket.

The third is to earnestly care for key passengers. It is clear that preferential tickets can be purchased for personnel holding the disabled serviceman certificate of the people's Republic of China, the disabled people's police card of the people's Republic of China, and the disabled personnel certificate of the national comprehensive fire rescue team. It is clear that visually disabled passengers can carry a guide dog work permit to assist visually disabled guide dogs to enter the station and take the bus. Passengers with special priorities such as old, young, sick, disabled and pregnant can take wheelchairs and folding strollers into the station and get on the bus free of charge, making it more convenient to travel.

The fourth is to let passengers enjoy more concessions. For multi-segment tickets purchased by passengers and which can be connected between the place of departure and the destination, if the train in a section of the journey is delayed or suspended, the tickets of the subsequent journey may be refunded at the same time, and the refund fee shall be exempted; if the passenger refunds the ticket at the midway station due to the corporate responsibility of railway transport, the ticket shall be refunded according to the fare of the unused section; the handling fee shall no longer be charged when the passenger handles the passenger business such as ticket replacement or change.
