On December 29, iQOO released the Neo 7 series sequel-iQOO Neo 7 racing version. The new machine released three colors: geometric black, impression blue and Pop Orange, in which the Pop Orange and impression Blue back cover is made of plain leather, while the Geometry Black uses the traditional AG glass process.

In the camera module part, the iQOO Neo 7 racing version still uses the iQOO Neo series film cloud step module design, which is inspired by 35mm film and Polaroid paper. The whole film cloud step module is composed of upper and lower parts, the upper part is covered with black glass, and two rear lenses are hidden under the glass.

The lower part is composed of a large area transverse metal module, which enhances the hierarchical sense of the module under the conflict of the two materials. In addition, the macro lens and flash are embedded in the metal module area, so that the metal area is no longer monotonous. The side of the flash is also printed with Neo's iconic pixel Logo, the Logo design is inspired by the classic 8-bit pixel style on game consoles and red and white machines, and small details add some backplane style.

IQOO Neo 7 racing version of the frame material is plastic, the surface coating is delicate, showing a jet-black look and feel. The transition between the middle frame and the backplane is natural, because the edge of the backplane has done arc-closing treatment, so the visual perception of the middle frame is not abrupt.

There are microphones and infrared sensors at the top of the frame in the iQOO Neo 7 racing version, and the top speakers are hidden at the connection between the middle frame and the screen.

There are SIM card slots, microphones, Type-C ports and bottom speakers at the bottom.

When the line of sight comes to the front of the phone, the iQOO Neo 7 racing version uses a 6.78in Samsung E5 flexible straight screen with a screen resolution of 2400 × 1080, supports 120Hz four-stage adjustment and HDR 10nm, and the local peak brightness can come to 1500nit.

The front camera adopts the central digging style, and the digging area is very small and can be well hidden under the black wallpaper. The visual appearance of the screen frame is close to the width of the four sides, and the proportion of the frame is harmonious.

In addition to the mobile phone body, there are 120W power adapter, USB-A to USB-C data line, clip pin and transparent protection case in the iQOO Neo 7 racing version package.
