As China's first commercial aircraft to complete the whole process of jet airliner design, manufacture, test flight, batch production, delivery and operation, ARJ21 aircraft is a medium and short range turbofan regional airliner with a range of 2225-3700 kilometers. It is mainly used to meet the requirements of radial routes from central cities to surrounding small and medium-sized cities. The aircraft has been delivered to Chengdu Airlines, Tianjiao Airlines, Jiangxi Airlines, Air China, 123 Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Huaxia Airlines, With 100 domestic and foreign customers such as Lingya Airlines, 316 routes have been opened accumulatively, 118 navigable cities have been opened, and nearly 6 million passengers have been safely carried. A domestic route network covering North China, Northeast China, South China and Southwest China has been initially formed, enriching and expanding China's regional air transport network.

After COMAC obtained the ARJ21 aircraft production license (PC) issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China on June 28,2017, it accelerated the construction of ARJ21 aircraft batch production capacity and established the annual production capacity of 50 aircraft in the general assembly department, reaching the balanced production rhythm of 30 aircraft per year.

CTOnews.com learned that in December this year, COMAC delivered its first aircraft to Indonesia's first overseas user, Lingya Airlines, taking the first step in the overseas operation of ARJ21 aircraft. At the same time, ARJ21 aircraft is accelerating the development of series, business aircraft, medical aircraft, cargo aircraft and other derivative aircraft development steadily.
