According to reports, the TerraMaster T9-450 and T12-450 adopt a compact design of 9 bits and 12 bits respectively, which are suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises with limited space for professional data storage equipment. The T9-450 and T12-450 are also designed for high-capacity storage configurations, supporting HDD models up to 20 TB with a total capacity of 180 TB and 240 TB, respectively.

CTOnews.com learned that the T9-450 and T12-450 use an Intel Atom C3558R quad-core processor with 8 GB DDR4 dual-channel memory (scalable to 32 GB), dual SFP+ 10-GB interfaces and dual 2.5GbE ports, and provide up to 20Gb transmission bandwidth through Link Aggregation.

In terms of system, T9-450 and T12-450 run the brand-new TOS 5 system, with more than 50 new functions and 600 improvements compared with the previous version, with higher efficiency and higher security. In addition, T9-450 and T12-450 also support TerraMaster RAID (TRAID), providing more flexible configuration options than the standard RAID mode.
