According to the source "chi11eddog", MSI's upcoming B760M mortar Max motherboard is also equipped with a clock generator to support ultra-external frequency.

According to the source chi11eddog, the MAG B760M Mortar Max WiFi motherboard in the above picture is equipped with Renesas electronic RC26008 clock generator. Under the addition of the clock generator, the motherboard can be super external frequency for processors such as i5-12400 which do not support super-doubling.

MSI has officially tested the B660M mortar MAX motherboard, which overclocks i5-12400 to 5.3GHz, improving performance by 24%. It is expected that the Max motherboard of MSI B760M mortar will have stronger ultra-external frequency capability.

In terms of price, it is reported that the MSI B760 mortar Max has two versions, DDR4 and DDR5, which sell for $219 (about 1526 yuan) and $229 (about 1596 yuan), respectively.
