During the warranty period, if the product is tested by beyerdynamic or authorized service center to determine that the product complies with the terms of this warranty, beyerdynamic or authorized service center will repair or replace the product or defective parts for the user free of charge, without charging the user any maintenance or parts fees.

The warranty service does not cover the following areas:

Unless the legal rights of a country conflict with the warranty terms of our company, this warranty service can be performed in any country. Except for the above terms, any other warranty or rights beyond the terms of this clause will not be accepted.
Note: these terms of service do not apply to beyerdynamic products purchased in non-Greater China.
Fee standard and replacement service
