Put it on the photo and feel full of atmosphere!

First, let's create a black square background layer.

Step 1 Click [filter]-[noise]-[add noise].

[quantity] is set to [35%], remember to check [Gaussian distribution] and [monochrome].

Then click "Image"-"adjust"-"threshold".

Pull the small white slider below to the far right, and [threshold level] is [255].

Then click [filter]-[stylize]-[Wind].

[method] is [wind], [direction] is [from left].

Now, the picture has the line of fireworks.

Step 2 then we need to make the lines radiate so that they look like fireworks.

Click [Image]-[Image rotation]-[90 degrees counterclockwise].

The lines are in a downward state.

Then click [filter]-[distortion]-[Polar coordinates].

Check [plane coordinates to polar coordinates].

Now there is the shape of fireworks.

Step 3 finally, let's color the fireworks.

You can add a gradient mapping.

Adjust a gradual change of color that you like.

The picture will look like this.

Don't worry, we can directly change the blending mode of the layer to [color], and we can see the fireworks.

You can add another hue / saturation.

Change the color of the fireworks by adjusting the hue. Isn't it easy?

We can save it as a picture directly.

Then drag the fireworks picture into the photo, change the [mixing mode] of the fireworks layer to [filter], and the black background disappears, only the fireworks can be seen.
