CTOnews.com reported on December 28 that the 2022 Guangzhou International Auto Show will be held from December 30 to January 8. GAC GROUP will display five vehicle brands including GAC MOTOR, GAC Ean, GAC Honda, GAC Toyota and GAC Mitsubishi.

In terms of GAC GROUP's own brand, the new Hyper GT of Guangzhou Auto Security will be unveiled for the first time in Guangzhou Auto Show. As the high-end sequence of Eian, Hyper GT will be equipped with a new generation of Egyptian security platform and architecture-AEP3.0 and Xingling architecture. GAC MOTOR mixed the "four trump cards" and the new car A79 will be unveiled at the Guangzhou Auto Show.

▲ Chuanqi A79 joint venture brand, Guangzhou Auto Honda will bring electric models e:N2 Concept, ZR-V to e:HEV, style e:HEV and a new generation of BREEZE e:PHEV. GAC and Toyota will launch a brand refurbishment plan for Shuangshi. GAC-Mitsubishi's new Outlander will be unveiled at the Guangzhou Auto Show, with the launch of the new car L200 and a pre-sale at the Guangzhou Auto Show.

According to the new Outlander data of ▲ Guangzhou Auto Mitsubishi, from January to November 2022, GAC GROUP produced 2.2802 million cars and sold 2.2278 million vehicles, an increase of 21.9% and 16.6% respectively over the same period last year; 280219 new energy vehicles were produced and 272207 new energy vehicles were sold, up 128.2% and 120.4% respectively.

CTOnews.com learned that in this auto show, GAC GROUP will also hold a press conference to take stock of the production and operation results in 2022, and release the "1578" outline for building the grand blueprint of "trillion Guangzhou Automobile" in 2030.
