CTOnews.com learned that another Pixel 7 user also reported the issue on the Reddit community, and a uBreakiFix store said the entire backplane needed to be replaced at a cost of $200. But the Pixel 7 user sent a photo of his device to Google, which eventually agreed to replace the device.
