According to whistleblower Ahmed Qwaider, Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 + and Galaxy S23 Ultra are all equipped with Super AMOLED screens with the highest brightness of 1750 nits. Although the screen is less bright than the previously rumored 2000nits, it is nice to see that the standard model also comes with the same screen as the Ultra.

In addition, the battery capacity of the Galaxy S23 standard model has also been improved. It was revealed that the Galaxy S23 is equipped with 3900mAh capacity batteries and supports up to 25W fast charging. Samsung Galaxy S23 + battery capacity has been upgraded to 4700mAh, which means that both models have larger 200mAh battery capacity than their predecessors.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra has a 5000mAh battery capacity and will support 45W fast charging. All three phones will run One UI 5.1 based on Android 13 out of the box and have an improved cooling solution for better sustained performance, Ahmed said. All three models are equipped with 1200-megapixel (4000-megapixel) front-facing cameras that support dual-pixel autofocus.
