UH711a supports PCIE Gen4 interface and provides comprehensive performance optimization capabilities for data center-level business scenarios and load Workload IO models, with a sequential read-write performance of 7200 amp 4500 MB/s and a random read-write performance of 1700 amp 230K IOPS, Yi Lian said. At the same time, for typical Internet application scenarios, UH711a adopts softened architecture design, and optimizes the configuration of hardware resources such as IO path DB, FSP, HAS and LDPC, so as to improve the concurrency efficiency of back-end NAND particles and ensure the performance of typical Internet application scenarios.

According to reports, UH711a uses SR-IOV technology to optimize cloud business virtual airport view. SR-IOV2.0 further optimizes the physical layer isolation of Nand, and the performance isolation between VF is better. With the improvement of isolation, it is optimized to 3% and 5% respectively in pure read-write and mixed scenarios. Currently, the performance and isolation of SR-IOV has reached the first in the industry.

This product uses the new K-mean intelligent clustering algorithm to provide finer data type recognition granularity, further improve the efficiency of GC, and improve the performance of SSD system by up to 20%. By writing two kinds of data into different streams inside the disk, the write magnification factor of the disk is reduced, the steady-state performance of the whole life cycle is improved, and the reliability of the later stage of the product life cycle is guaranteed. In addition, UH711a also supports OCP2.0 specifications such as DIF and NS management, which not only cooperate with the system to achieve end-to-end protection, but also achieve independent end-to-end protection mechanism on the disk.

In addition, relying on the company's independent closed testing technology, UH711a can significantly reduce the application cost of the media without sacrificing performance and reliability by enabling self-sealing TLC media, tapping the native potential of the media and providing better IO performance.

CTOnews.com learned that memoir also launched the UH711a E3.s form, long 112.75mm, wide 76mm, thickness of 7.5mm, single disk capacity up to 15.36TB, support NVMe 1.4. After using the new form, the sequential read-write performance of the product is up to 7200 MB/s, and the random read-write performance is up to 1700amp 240K IOPS. This series of products will be mass produced in 2023.
