According to a survey of 1000 people conducted by foreign technology media TechRadar, although the password manager is no longer trusted, most users will still use it.

The survey of 1000 people found that 3/4 of them used at least one password manager to store their credentials, but the respondents also admitted that they did not trust the security capabilities of these password managers.

1/3 of the respondents said they would use both the password manager and its browser extension, while another 1/3 said they would use one of the two. Slightly more than 1/10 of respondents said they would use two dedicated password managers, and 1/4 of respondents said they never used password managers.

In terms of trust in these password managers, 144 chose 60%, 140 chose 50%, and 136 chose 70%. The above results show that users are ambivalent about password managers: they not only distrust these password managers, but also use these tools.
