CTOnews.com December 26 news, quoting The Guardian reported that McDonald's first "non-human operation" restaurant recently opened in Fort worth, Texas (Fort Worth). The restaurant is almost fully automated, but only has a quick order / pick-up window.

CTOnews.com learned that in an interview with CNN, McDonald's said there would be some interaction between customers and restaurant staff in the existing express aisle. On this special "order ahead" channel, the McDonald's food you ordered will be delivered to your window through a conveyor belt.

CNN said the new McDonald's service is only for speed users. McDonald's said that for ordinary consumers, there will be no contact with staff during the whole process from ordering to picking up meals, which can reduce the risk of infection in the context of the epidemic.
