It is expected that the overall sales potential of the second-generation platform can be seen in the fourth quarter of next year.

Qin Lihong, president of Xilai, said there was "little pressure" to achieve this goal. Data show that Lexus sold a total of 156000 vehicles in China from January to October this year and about 226000 in 2021. On this basis, Weilai aims to sell 190000-230000 vehicles next year.

Li Bin said that affected by the withdrawal of subsidies for new energy vehicles, the domestic new energy vehicle market will be under some pressure in the first half of next year. "on the one hand, because of the early release of consumption, on the other hand, consumer confidence also needs time to repair." Li Bin believes that the new energy vehicle market will gradually recover in the second quarter next year.

He believes that for the high-end market, global sales of 1 million vehicles is a hurdle, to the scale of 1 million, can achieve steady development and maintain competitiveness, Weilai is still a long way from this hurdle. He also mentioned that some companies held press conferences, but could not hand in the car. CTOnews.com has reported that on December 12, Xilai announced that the 300,000 production cars of Xilai will go offline at the second advanced manufacturing base of Xilai.

In November this year, Xilai delivered 14178 vehicles, an increase of 30.3 percent over the same period last year; from the beginning of 2022 to November, a total of 106671 vehicles were delivered, an increase of 31.8 percent over the same period last year; and as of November 30, 2022, the cumulative delivery volume of Lulai reached 273741.
