According to the red flag of 10Ah all-solid-state lithium-ion soft package battery, all-solid-state battery has the advantages of high safety and high specific energy, and is the first choice for the next generation of power batteries. However, up to now, there are still many key scientific and technological problems to be solved, such as poor structural stability of materials, large volume expansion, material interface contact failure and so on.

Around the multi-dimensional problem of "material-system-structure-cell", the all-solid-state battery development team jointly tackles the key technologies of all-solid-state battery. CTOnews.com learned that in order to improve the cell energy density, the team developed new high specific energy cathode, negative electrode and high conductivity, high air stability sulfide electrolyte materials, the negative electrode capacity is about 10 times higher than the conventional graphite negative electrode, the cathode material capacity can play the level of liquid battery, all-solid-state principle battery performance is excellent, the cycle has been more than 2000 times.

Targeted development of gravure printing, isostatic pressing and other innovative processes, the development team has made an important breakthrough in the core technology of all-solid-state cells, and has applied for more than 40 patents for all-solid-state batteries. It lays a solid foundation for achieving the goal of 350Wh/kg energy density.

By tackling the key materials, solid-solid interface, cell structure, cell manufacturing process and large-capacity cell development and evaluation methods and other related problems of all-solid-state cell, Hongqi development team has successfully assembled 10Ah high-capacity all-solid-state cell, achieving phased victory.
