Since December 25, 2023, some imported Infiniti G series, M series and Q70L cars have been recalled.

Since June 28, 2024, some imported G37 sedan cars and G37 convertibles have been recalled, totaling 59391.

The details are as follows:

Some of the G-Series cars produced during the period from April 1, 2007 to March 1, 2014 were imported from 2007 to 2014, with a total of 18920 vehicles.

Some of the G37 sedan cars produced during the period from November 1, 2009 to June 1, 2013 were imported from 2009 to 2013, with a total of 111 cars.

Some of the 2009-2015 G37 convertibles manufactured during the period from November 1, 2009 to June 1, 2015 were imported, totaling 718.

Some of the M-Series cars produced during the period from September 1, 2010 to February 1, 2012 were imported from 2010 to 2012, with a total of 2189 vehicles.

Some of the Q70L cars produced during the period from March 1, 2012 to March 1, 2020 were imported from 2012 to 2020, with a total of 37453 vehicles.

The damage of the passenger classification system (OCS) in some vehicles within the scope of this recall will lead to the failure of the passenger classification system (OCS), resulting in the lighting of OCS status lights and instrument airbag indicators, and turning off the passenger airbag deployment function. When a vehicle collision accident occurs, the co-driver airbag can not be deployed normally, which will increase the injury risk of the co-driver, and there is a safety hidden danger.

Nissan (China) Investment Co., Ltd., through Dongfeng Infiniti Automobile Co., Ltd., will install additional OCS control units, unfastened seat belts and wire harness in the passenger seat cushion assembly for vehicles covered by the recall free of charge, so as to eliminate safety risks.
