CTOnews.com news on December 23, the Fujian Provincial Development and Reform Commission recently issued the Fujian Provincial hydrogen Energy Industry Development Action Plan (2022-2025), which puts forward the development goals of Fujian hydrogen energy industry:

By 2025, we will cultivate 20 well-known enterprises with national influence on furniture, covering the fields of hydrogen energy preparation, storage, transportation, filling, fuel cell and application, with an output value of more than 50 billion yuan.

The application scale of fuel cell vehicles in the province has reached 4000, and the infrastructure supporting system covering the major hydrogen energy demonstration cities in the province has been initially established, and more than 40 hydrogenation stations of various types will be built.

The action plan also proposes to establish a multi-channel hydrogen source supply system. Combined with the resource endowment of various places, we should choose the technical route of hydrogen production according to local conditions, and gradually promote the construction of a clean, low-carbon and low-cost hydrogen production system.

Support central enterprises to make full use of industrial by-product hydrogen resources such as Jiangyin Port Chemical Industry Park, Quangang, Quanhui Petrochemical Park and Guleigang Economic Development Zone to carry out by-product hydrogen purification; to make use of the advantages of nuclear power resources in Fujian Province to carry out nuclear power "valley power" hydrogen production; exploring large-scale hydrogen production by electrolysis of water from renewable energy sources Give full play to the technical advantages of ammonia-hydrogen energy conversion, introduce ammonia supply channels to ensure hydrogen supply, and carry out the application of hydrogen production from liquid ammonia for terminal hydrogen. Strengthen the linkage and coordination of by-product hydrogen, renewable energy hydrogen production, nuclear power hydrogen production and ammonia hydrogen production in the province and its surrounding areas to ensure an adequate supply of hydrogen sources.
