CTOnews.com December 23 news, Microsoft in order to promote Activision Blizzard acquisition case, In the latest disclosure of documents said Sony and a number of game studios signed a "exclusive Xbox" agreement to ensure that "Final Fantasy VII Remake" and other games will not be on the Xbox platform.

CTOnews.com understands that the document, submitted to the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) in October, states that Sony and some third-party publishers have signed "Xbox exclusion" agreements, meaning PlayStation has selected some third-party games to ensure that they will never appear on the Xbox platform.

The document mentions Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Final Fantasy 16 (FFXVI), Silent Hill 2 Remake, and other games. Oddly enough, the document also mentions Bloodborne, an IP developed by Sony and game studio FromSoftware.
