CTOnews.com learned that based on the long-term strategic cooperation between JAC and Anhui Lai, JAC plans to acquire project assets (including equipment and tooling assets) held by Anhui Lai in order to jointly promote cooperation in the manufacture of new energy vehicles. After audit, the book value of the subject matter of this transaction is 1508260366.43 yuan (excluding tax), and the transaction price after evaluation is 1704347431.72 yuan (including tax).

This transaction has been examined and approved by the sixth session of the eighth board of directors of the company. This transaction does not constitute a related transaction, does not constitute a major asset reorganization as stipulated in the measures for the Administration of Major Asset reorganization of listed companies, and there are no major legal obstacles to the implementation of the transaction.

The company said that the acquisition of assets will not affect the normal production and operation of the company, if the smooth implementation of this transaction, it will help to continue to deepen strategic cooperation with Lulai Motor.

As of today's close, Jianghuai Motor rose more than 1% to 13.67 yuan, with a market capitalization of 29.855 billion yuan.
