CTOnews.com, December 22 (Xinhua)-- LG and Dell's high-end monitors are now equipped with LGD IPS Black panels, with a choice of 27cm and 32 inches, and the contrast has increased from 1000 to 2000 LGD.

According to Lenovo, its new ThinkVision P49w-30 monitor also comes with an IPS Black panel and is a 49-inch 32:9-inch ribbon fish panel.

CTOnews.com learned that the display has a resolution of 5120 x 1440 Magi 3800R small curvature, 60Hz refresh rate, 350Nitre brightness, 98% DCI-P3 gamut, and a contrast ratio of 2000 DCI-P3 with the IPS Black panel.

In other ways, the display comes with HDMI 2.1and DP1.4, gigabit network ports and dual lightning 4 ports, as well as built-in dual 5W speakers.

The display can be seen as two 2560-1440 2K monitors placed side by side, which means that LG may launch a regular 2K resolution IPS Black panel display next year.

The Lenovo ThinkVision P49w-30 monitor will go on sale in June 2023 for $1699 (currently about 11859 yuan).
