IPv6 can provide as many as 2 to the 128th power of addresses, which can "allocate every grain of sand in the world to an IP address" to comprehensively solve the problem of IP address exhaustion.

As of August 2022, the number of IPv6 (Internet Protocol version 6) active users in China reached 713.7 million, accounting for 67.9% of the total Internet users, an increase of 29.5% over the same period last year, exceeding the global average growth level.
