CTOnews.com December 21 news, Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 series mobile (laptop) graphics card is expected to be released on CES 2023, before the release, foreign media Wccftech claimed to have got some specification information about the new product.

According to revelations, the flagship GeForce RTX 4090 will carry AD103 GPU and provide TGP in the range of 150W to 175W. The 150W TGP will have a 1590 MHz default frequency and a 2040 MHz acceleration frequency. In addition, the card supports 25W Dynamic Boost, which can push the TGP up to 200W.

Nvidia RTX 4080 12GB is equipped with AD104 GPU, with a similar TGP range of 150W, 175W, 150W silent frequency of 1860 MHz, acceleration frequency of 2280 MHz, and also supports 25W Dynamic Boost.

Nvidia RTX 4070 and RTX 4060 will be equipped with 8GB GDDR6 video memory, TGP range from 115W to 140W, support 25W Dynamic Boost. RTX 4070 has a default frequency of 2070 MHz and an acceleration frequency of 2175 MHz at 115W. The TGP of RTX 4060 can be further reduced to 85W (10W Dynamic Boost).

Finally, the entry-level RTX 4050 6GB TGP is 115W-140W and supports 25W Dynamic Boost. The acceleration frequency can reach 2370 MHz under 115W TGP. For more conservative designs, the TGP of the RTX 4050 can be reduced to 85W (10W Dynamic Boost).

CTOnews.com learned that, according to previous revelations, two desktop graphics cards, RTX 4070 and RTX 4070 Ti, will also be unveiled on CES 2023. RTX 4070 Ti should be the RTX 4080 12GB cut by Nvidia not long ago, with a specification of 7680 CUDA cores and 12GB GDDR6X memory. The RTX 4070 is expected to be AD104-250-A1 GPU, with a 5888 CUDA core and 12GB 21Gbps GDDR6X video memory.
