CTOnews.com, December 21, according to the official news of Ningde era, recently, the first overseas factory of Ningde era in Thuringia, Germany, has achieved mass production of lithium-ion battery cells as scheduled, marking a milestone breakthrough in the global pace of Ningde era.

Officials say the first batch of batteries at the Ningde-era German factory went off the warehouse smoothly from the first production line of the G2 plant. The installation and debugging of the rest of the production line is being carried out to achieve smooth slope climbing and production. This batch of batteries has passed all the tests required by the global products of the Ningde era, which means that the Ningde era already has the local production and supply capacity to European customers.

CTOnews.com learned that in April this year, the Ningde-era German factory officially obtained the cell production license of 8GWh in Thuringia. Prior to this, the factory started module production in the G1 plant in the third quarter of 2021. The Ningde-era German factory plans to invest 1.8 billion euros and plan to produce 14GWh, which will provide a total of 2000 local jobs in the future.
